Agreement and age
By using Sanala, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to create an online account. Apple-platform downloads are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
Learning and AI guidance
Sanala provides educational practice, not certified instruction, professional translation, legal advice, or an official language assessment. AI tutor replies and generated exercises can be incomplete or incorrect. The product identifies AI interactions; verify important translations with a qualified source.
Accounts and deletion
Keep credentials private and provide accurate account information. You may use local-only mode without an online account. A signed-in user can permanently delete the online account from the account screen. Deletion does not restore local data already removed from a device and some transaction records may remain where law requires.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, submit unlawful or infringing material, harass others, or use tutor and speech features to process content you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions, trials, and promotions
Optional web plans, where checkout is available, renew automatically until cancelled. The exact trial, local price, tax, renewal interval, and cancellation terms are shown by the payment provider before purchase. Web promo codes are accepted only through eligible Stripe Checkout sessions. The current Apple build is free to download and does not promise that a web subscription can be purchased inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; deleting a Sanala account attempts to cancel an active owned web subscription first.
Open data and third-party services
Some sentence and dictionary material is available under open licenses and remains subject to its source terms. See Third-Party Notices. YouTube, Apple, Google, Stripe, and other linked services are governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
Offline, provider, and maintenance interruptions can occur. Features, limits, and prices may change prospectively. Material terms changes will be posted with an updated date. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
Warranty and liability
Sanala is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Brightforge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
